In the heartfelt tradition of "Milni" in Himachal Pradesh weddings, the groom's arrival with the baraat symbolizes the beautiful coming together of two families.

Close relatives of the bride are dressed in traditional silk sarees and attires to warmly embrace the groom and his entourage, exchanging shagun and presents as tokens of love. To strengthen the familial bond, uncles from the bride's family offer mufflers and Himachali topi to the groom's uncles.

Following the ribbon ceremony, the bride's mother performs a sacred ritual, tying a moli (sacred thread) around the groom and gently guiding him towards the mandap. Our "Milni" saree captures the warmth and unity inherent in this Himachali tradition, commemorating the joyous union of two families.
