Cancellation & Refund policy

Cancellation and refund policy:

1. An order placed can be cancelled only before the order has been dispatched. To cancel an order please write to returns@nerigestory.com. Once the order is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. Once an order is delivered, if you wish to exchange or return a product, you may do so within 3 days of receiving the product. To exchange or return an order please send us an email with your order ID and a reason for the exchange/return along with the product pictures you received on returns@nerigestory.com. Please note that the package will be picked up within 2-3 business days from the return initiation and it might take 10-12 business days for us to receive the parcel. The refund will be processed once we receive the product back to us.
3.  A refund for a cancelled order will be processed only once the return package has been returned to us. The refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the return package.
4. The refund will be processed to your source account and credited to your account within 5-7 business days once the refund has been processed. Please note that the return shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer. 
5. please note that for all silk sarees, a credit note will be issued in case of returns. This credit note will have a validity of 1 year and can be redeemed for future purchases with us. Exchanges for silk sarees is allowed provided the saree to be exchanged is returned back in its original condition.
