Cancellation & Refund policy

1.An order placed can be canceled only before the order has been dispatched. To cancel an order please write to returns@nerigestory.com

2. Once an order is delivered if you wish to exchange or return a product, you may do so within 3 days of receiving the product. To exchange or return an order please send us an email with your order ID an a reason for the exchange/return on returns@nerigestory.com. The product needs to be kept intact in its original packing form. We will arrange a delivery person to come and pick up your product  from your address within 2-3 working days of confirming the exchange/return. 

3. A refund for a canceled order will be processed within 1-2 working days after the product has been picked up from your address and the bank may take up to 7-8 working days to credit the amount to your account.
