Cancellation & Refund policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. To cancel, please email returns@nerigestory.com. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
- After delivery, items can be exchanged or returned within 3 days of receipt. Email us with your order ID, reason, and product photos at returns@nerigestory.com. Our courier partner will arrange pickup in 2–3 business days, and it may take 10–12 business days for the parcel to reach us. Refunds are initiated after product inspection.
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed only upon receipt and inspection of the return package, within 3 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within an additional 5–7 business days. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customers.
- For returns of silk sarees, customers will receive a credit note valid for one year. Silk sarees can be exchanged if returned in their original condition.
- Return Charges: INR 150 per order (covers reverse shipping).
- Exchange Charges: INR 300 per order (includes return and reshipment).
- Please note: Customers who have returned more than three consecutive orders will be restricted from returns or exchanges for the next three months.
- No returns or exchanges are allowed for pure silk sarees, blouses, or any add-ons ( Fall & Pico, Tassels, customized blouses , pre draped sarees) included with your purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel orders or deny returns/exchanges to maintain fair practices for all our customers.
