Terms & Conditions
- Same-day priority dispatch is available to Nerige Sundari and Nerige Devi members only, and is subject to orders being placed before 2 PM. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day. Please Note: Same-day dispatch will not be applicable on Sundays and public holidays. This offer is not applicable on the Best-selling sarees. The offer is not applicable on orders with add-ons (fall & pico, tassels, customisable blouses and pre-draped sarees), readymade blouses, men's & women's shirts.
- Free shipping for Nerige Devi members applies to domestic orders only and is available regardless of order value.
- To be eligible for this year's complimentary holiday draw, membership must be purchased on or before August 30th, 2026. The complimentary holiday draw is open to members of all three tiers — Sakhi, Sundari, and Devi. The draw itself will be conducted in March 2027, and the winning pair will be notified directly.
- The complimentary holiday prize consists of a travel voucher worth ₹25,000, redeemable for a luxury hotel stay near Bengaluru for one pair of guests. The hotel or resort will be selected solely at the discretion of Nerige Story. Travel to and from the hotel, meals beyond those included with the stay, and any other incidental or personal expenses are not covered unless expressly stated at the time of prize notification.
- Nerige Sangam is held once every two months at an offline venue in Bangalore. Entry is complimentary for Nerige Devi members and available on a ticketed basis for Nerige Sakhi and Nerige Sundari members; ticket pricing may vary by event and will be communicated ahead of each event.
- Membership fees are annual and non-refundable once activated. Members may upgrade their tier at any time during the membership year; upgrade pricing will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis at Nerige Story's discretion.
- Discount codes issued as part of any tier are for personal use only, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotional offer unless explicitly stated.
- Nerige Story reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue any part of the Nerige Naari program, including tier benefits, pricing, or the complimentary holiday draw, with reasonable prior notice to existing members.
- All figures, discounts, and benefits mentioned are correct at the time of this communication and are subject to the detailed Terms & Conditions available on the Nerige Story website.
- Same-day Dispatch and Free shipping does not apply to International orders.
